alright so I haven't on here in FOREVER so I'm going to start again. Summer was great I got to work a ton and hang out with a lot of old friends. Worked at a lot of festivals which is always a good time. Thats basically my summer in a nut shell. So I am school now, not taking any classes. Just living on campus like bum. I started out taking classes then a couple of weeks ago I found out that I'm going on tour in october so I dropped my classes. So until I leave my life consists of sleeeping a lot, usually atleast 12 hours a day, and I work on occasion. Been watching lots of Judge Joe Brown. I think that guy is one of my new heros.  Kyle is leaving next semester and I'm leaving for the tour in 3 weeks so we have been trying to hang out as much as we can. It's gonna be so weird not having him around next semester. After you live with a kid for 2 years and hang out with him everyday you kinda get used to havin them around. So its going to stink having one of my best friends leave but I guess thats part of growing up. SO, thats what is going on in my life right now. the end 

well I havent written in here in awhile so i figured i prolly should. I guess a fair amount of things have happend since the time i wrote in here. played my first few shows with the band im playing with right now. broke 3 guitars in 3 shows and managed to bleed all over one of the guitars so it was pretty intense. have a show at bc sound in battle creek on friday night then saturday we are opening for skillet.... I got bored this week and randomly went up to NMU to see my friend tony and to go snowboarding at marquette mountain. That was amazing the mountain was so beautiful and i went through the trrain park for the first time which was sweet... I still dont have the guts to grind a rail yet but I hit all the jumps. the drive was beautiful the whole way up. took about 7 hours to get there so not too bad. It was kinda sad going through Mackinaw though...it made me think of the last time i was there with rene' and my family...that was one of the best vacations ive ever been on...too bad it cant ever happen again..oh well....but other than that little bit of time the drive was great...had to leave at 4 in the morning the day i was leaving cuz the weather was getting bad..once i got through it i stopped at a rest area and slept a couple hours then drove the rest of the way home. Yesterday I went down to indiana to my buddy brian and work at the jeremy camp concert. It was real cool seeing most of the same crew again. next month jeremy is going to be in michigan so im going out to do that show which will be sweet.... I'm doing the casting crowns concert here in michigan but i cant remember if thats this week or next ewek so ill have to figure that out... i guess thats about all for now..

This has been a good weekend..Friday night went to battle creek and mixed a show which went very well..saturday had band practice and we got our clothes from our clothing sponsor. I really like them. Also I guess a guitar string company is wanting to sponsor us now too. We got a few packs of free strings. I havnt put them on my guitar yet but I checked them out and they look like good strings. practice went well we wrote a sweet insturmental and we are going to play it on friday, which is my first show with the band. Its at Westwood Community Church here in grand rapids and it starts at 7 pm i believe. I threw my guitar around my head for the first time in practice and i didnt break anything or hurt myself so thats a good thing. I'm gonna try and do it in the show on friday. After practice went to collins for a little bit then went home and grabbed my stuff and came back to school. Lindsey called me on my way back up and I ended up hangin out with her. We watched movies then went and got in the hot tub. It was a fun night. Got home pretty late from that but I got to sleep in today so Im good. I have a ton of homework to do today its really going to suck. and that is about it for my life.

Worked the Rebecca St. James/ Barlow Girl concert this weekend...pretty good show. I got another interniship offer which could lead to a job with ZEO productions out of Pennsylviana.. I dont know if i will take it yet or not. Barlow girl just got a brand new monitor engineer and this kid just did the thing that i got offered and it was by the same guy..The kid is only 21 so I'm really going to look into this one it could be my foot in the door..anyways here are a couple pic. this stupid thing wont let me upload anymore so sorry...

Yesterday I worked the Chris Tomlin concert in saginaw. It was great to see all of the crew guys again. Talked with Chris and he actually remembered me from the grand rapids show when I met him so did the guitarist Daniel. That was really cool. It was a good day all in all. Set up went quick and smooth got to play with the mixing console for a couple hours which was cool. Show went great. Here are a few pics that I took.
